摘要
根据电机学理论,结合电机厂大量大中型高压高效异步电动机生产实际情况,利用VB汇编语言,对电磁设计程序进行优化。在优化过程中,对励磁电抗、起动电流倍数和起动转矩倍数以及铁耗的计算公式进行了分析和修正,同时通过一系列高效异步电动机电磁计算结果和试验结果的对比,验证了程序优化的可行性和准确性。
According to the principles of electromechanics,combined with the practicalities of large and medium-sized high voltage and high efficiency induction motor produced in the motor factory,electromagnetic design procedures are optimized by using VB assembly language.In the optimization process,the calculation formulas of excitation reactance,multiple of starting current,multiple of starting torque and iron loss are analyzed and revised.And the results of series high efficiency induction motor electromagnetic calculation values by the testing values are compared,which show electromagnetic program optimizations are feasible and precise.
