摘要
大型水轮发电机长期在电、热、机械和环境因素的作用下运行,会经历磨损和劣化。我国许多机组已超期服役,存在着大量的隐患,如果不进行改造,将严重威胁到发电机甚至整个电网的安全。本文以国内某电厂一台运行了43年的发电机为例,详细分析了定子存在的问题,对一些参数和变量进行了分析计算,论证了定子改造的可行性,并提出了改造的方案。对类似电厂的改造具有重要参考价值。
Large hydrogenerators will become deteriorated during operation under electrical,thermal,electrical stresses and environmental factors.In China,many units are in service beyond their life time limits,which is a threaten to the generator and the whole power system if they are not changed or renewed.This paper,taking a 43-years old generator as an example,studied the problems with the stator,carried out some calculations of the parameters,demonstrates the feasibility of retrofit of the stator,and put forward the schemes.It can be a reference for renewal and uprating of similar hydro power stations.
