运用智慧手段打造流域水电运行期综合环境监测体系的设想 被引量:3

The Idea of Using Intelligent Means to Build Comprehensive Environmental Monitoring System for Hydropower Operation Period in River Basin

摘要 在当代水电开发的浪潮中,随着国家对生态环境文明的要求进一步提高,除了流域水电开发建设环保、水保措施得以落实外,流域水电运行期带来的环境及生态问题也逐渐得到了重视。为研究流域电站运行对流域生态环境产生的影响,并为运行期流域管理提出解决构想,需搭建智慧化的水电运行期流域综合监测体系。本文提出运行期流域综合环境监测的现状以及目前存在的问题,同时采用智慧手段展开对运行期综合环境监测体系建设的设想。 In the current wave of hydropower development,as the goverment further enhanced the requirements for ecological and environmental civilization,measures are taken to protect basin hydropower environment and water conservation,and also attention are paid to environmental and ecological problems brought about by basin hydropower operation.In order to study the influence of hydropower station operation on the ecological environment of river basin,and put forward the solutions for the operation period watershed management,it is necessary to build the intelligent hydropower operation period watershed comprehensive monitoring system.This paper describes the present situation of the comprehensive environmental monitoring in the operation period,the existing problems,and the idea of the construction of the comprehensive environmental monitoring system in the running period by the intelligent means.
