支气管哮喘患者血清YKL-40检测及临床意义

Detection of serum YKL-40 in patients with bronchial asthma and its clinical significance

检测支气管哮喘急性发作期(30例)、慢性持续期(28例)患者与对照组(21例)血清中YKL-40、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白介素4(IL-4)、嗜酸粒细胞百分比(Eos%)水平及肺功能。哮喘急性发作期组血清学指标水平高于另外两组,肺功能水平低于另外两组,急性发作期患者血清中YKL-40水平与IgE、IL-4水平呈正相关性,与FVC%、FEV1%呈负相关性。YKL-40参与了哮喘的气道炎症、气道高反应性及气道重塑,可作为血清学诊断标志物及免疫治疗的靶点。

The serum levels of YKL-40,immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin 4(IL-4),eosinophil percentage(Eos%)and lung function were detected in 30 patients with acute asthma,28 cases with chronic persistent period of bronchial asthma,and 21 healthy persons in the same period.The level of serological index in acute episode of asthma was higher than that of the other two groups,and the level of lung function was lower than that of the other two groups.The level of YKL-40 in the serum of patients with acute attack was positively correlated with the level of IgE and IL-4,and was negatively correlated with FVC%and FEV1%.YKL-40 is involved in airway inflammation,airway hyperresponsiveness and airway remodeling in asthma,and can be used as a marker for serological diagnosis and immunotherapy.
