湖北省高等职业教育与区域产业协同发展机制研究——基于湖北长江经济带高质量发展视角

Research on the Cooperative Development Mechanism of Higher Vocational Education and Regional Industry in Hubei Province——Based on the High-Quality Development Perspective of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in Hubei

长江经济带战略为湖北长江经济带产业高质量发展带来了良好契机。目前湖北省高等职业教育与区域产业发展存在着专业设置与区域产业发展结构不匹配,人才培养质量达不到社会要求等矛盾。湖北省高职院校专业设置应着眼于区域产业协同发展,加强与湖北长江经济带各产业企业交流合作,以培养区域技术技能人才需求为导向,探索适合区域产业发展的体制机制。

The Yangtze River Economic Belt Strategy has brought good opportunities for the high-quality development of the Hubei Yangtze River Economic Belt.At present,there is a contradiction between the higher vocational education and the regional industrial development in Hubei Province that the professional setting does not match the regional industrial development structure,and the quality of personnel training does not meet the social requirements.The professional setting of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province should focus on the coordinated development of regional industries,strengthen exchanges and cooperation with various industrial enterprises in the Yangtze River Economic Belt of Hubei,and explore the institutional mechanisms suitable for regional industrial development with the orientation of regional technical skills.
