Thoughts on Improving the Quality of Internship Management in Vocational Colleges

当前职业院校实习管理存在诸多问题,主要表现为:顶层设计不够完善,实习管理不够规范,实习保障不够有力,信息化管理不够成熟。为此,建议构建"政校企协同、行业龙头引领、五业贯通"实习企业管理机制,"系统化、规范化、信息化"实习管理模式,"三级管理、三段运作"实习管理运行体系与"对口率、集中率、满意率"实习质量目标体系,不断完善实习管理制度与全方位立体化实习体系建设。

There are many problems in the practice management of vocational colleges.The main performances are:the top-level design is not perfect,the internship management is not standardized,the internship guarantee is not strong enough,and the information management is not mature enough.To this end,it is recommended to construct an internship management mechanism of“political school-enterprise cooperation,industry leading,five industries”,“systematic,standardized,informationized”internship management mode,“three-level management,three-stage operation”internship management operation system.With the“quality ratio,concentration rate,satisfaction rate”internship quality target system,we constantly improve the internship management system and the comprehensive three-dimensional internship system.
