摘要 合格的润滑油对机械的正常运转非常重要,但润滑油中杂质颗粒含量的增加使机械设备面间的摩擦加剧,损坏机械.润滑油的质量检测对于安全生产非常重要.本文以STM32为核心控制器,利用颗粒传感器Pamas S4031和颗粒计数法,搭建一套在线检测油液颗粒污染度系统.该系统具有可触屏、友好、简捷的人机交互界面,能够实时测量直径为4、6、14、21μm的颗粒含量、含水率、油液温度和油液质量. Qualified lubricating oil can maintain the machinery,but the increase of the impurity particles in the lubricating oil aggravated the friction between the mechanical equipment surface and the machine was damaged.Therefore,the lubricating oil quality testing was more and more important to safe production.This paper studied the particle sensor principle and the working principle of STM32.Based on STM32 as the core controller,using particle counting method,this design built a set of oil contamination on-line detecting system.The system had a touch screen,friendly and simple human-computer interaction interface.It can measure the particle content,moisture content,oil temperature and oil quality with a diameter of 4,6,14 and 21μm.
