小牛血清去蛋白对急性脑梗死患者氧化应激及其血清IL-8、Fibulin-5和TNF-α水平的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的比较加入小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液后,急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效和血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及血清白介素8(IL-8)、扣针蛋白-5(fibulin-5)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的变化。方法采用前瞻性随机对照的研究方法,选取2015年9月至2018年2月江苏省人民医院住院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者。按照简单化随机分组方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者选择常规治疗,观察组患者加入小牛血清去蛋白治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)、氧化应激指标和IL-8、fibulin-5和TNF-α水平。结果观察组患者治疗14 d后治疗总有效率为95. 0%,明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组患者治疗后NIHSS评分为(5. 49±1. 38)分,明显低于对照组与治疗前(P <0. 05)。观察组患者治疗后MDA为(5. 27±1. 22)μmol/L,明显低于对照组与治疗前(P <0. 05); SOD为(1 172. 46±58. 18) U/L,明显高于对照组与治疗前(P <0. 05)。观察组患者治疗后血清IL-8为(242. 97±57. 59) g/L、fibulin-5为(64. 87±11. 39) g/L、TNF-α为(1. 21±0. 18) g/L,均明显低于对照组与治疗前(P <0. 05)。结论小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液能够有效提高急性脑梗死患者的治疗有效性,改善氧化应激反应,减少血清中的炎性因子含量,对患者预后改善有良好的作用。 Objective Comparison of clinical efficacy and the change of serum MDA,SOD and serum interleukin-8(IL-8),melamine-5(fibrin-5)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)in patients with acute cerebral infarction after adding calf serum deproteinized.Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted,80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from September 2015 to February 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to the simplified random grouping method,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,and patients in the observation group were added calf serum deproteiniz.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,including the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score(NIHSS),oxidative stress,and IL-8,fibulin-5,and TNF-αlevels.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment for 14 days was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was(5.49±1.38),which was significantly lower than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The MDA of the observation group was(5.27±1.22)μmol/L,which was significantly lower than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The oxide dismutase(SOD)was(1 172.46±58.18)U/L,which was significantly higher.In the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).In the observation group,serum interleukin-8(IL-8)was(242.97±57.59)g/L,and fibulin-5 was(64.87±11.39)g/L,tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)was(1.21±0.18)g/L,which was significantly lower than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Calf serum protein extract injection can effectively improve the therapeutic effectiveness of patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve oxidative stress response,reduce the content of inflammatory factors in serum,and improve the prognosis of patients.
