Objective To observe the effect of serum resistin in early pregnancy on pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A prospective study was conducted including 92 PCOS early-pregnancy women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Northwest Women and Children's Hospital from July 2016 to February 2018.92 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.Serum resistin levels were analyzed for effects on pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Results The serum resistin level in the control group was(4.22±0.54)μg/L,and that in the observation group was(6.83±1.24)μg/L.The serum resistin level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=4.265,P<0.05);With the increase of serum resistin level, the incidence of pregnancy complications and the incidence of adverse pregnancy also increased, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum resistin level of patients with PCOS pregnancy was significantly increased, and the incidence of pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes increased with the increase of serum resistin level.
