二甲双胍与阿立哌唑对奥氮平所致代谢障碍干预效果的对比研究

A comparative study on oetformin and aripiprazole in intervention of olanzapine induced metabolic disorders

目的对比研究二甲双胍与阿立哌唑对奥氮平所致代谢障碍的干预效果。方法采用随机数字抽样的方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月解放军第一〇二医院收治的奥氮平所致代谢障碍患者80例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为二甲双胍组(n=40)和阿立哌唑组(n=40)两组,统计分析两组患者的临床疗效、阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、血糖(GLU)水平、甘油三酯(TG)水平、胆固醇(TC)水平、不良反应发生情况。结果二甲双胍组患者的PANSS评分和GLU、TG、TC水平分别为(62. 7±11. 2)分、(5. 12±1. 27) mmol/L、(4. 44±1. 06)mmol/L、(1. 25±0. 43) mmol/L,均显著低于阿立哌唑组的(73. 4±12. 4)分、(6. 03±1. 34) mmol/L、(5. 03±1. 37) mmol/L、(1. 48±0. 55) mmol/L,差异有显著性(P <0. 05);二甲双胍组患者的治疗总有效率87. 5%(35/40)显著高于阿立哌唑组的75. 0%(30/40),差异有显著性(P <0. 05);二甲双胍组患者的不良反应发生率12. 5%(5/40)显著低于阿立哌唑组的20. 0%(8/40),差异有显著性(P <0. 05)。结论二甲双胍对奥氮平所致代谢障碍的干预效果较阿立哌唑显著。

Objective To compare the effect of metformin and aripiprazole on metabolic disorser induced by olanzapine.Methods Eighty patients with metabolic disorders caused by olanzapine in this hospital during February 2016 to February 2018 were selected by random cluster sampling method,Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,.these patients were divided into two groups,metformin group(n=40)and aripiprazole gruop(n=40).according to their therpeutic method.The clinical efficacy,PANSS scores,blood levels of GLU,TG,TC and adverse reactions of patients in these two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS)scores,blood levels of glucose(GLU),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC)levels(62.7±11.2)mmol/L,(5.12±1.27)mmol/L,(4.44±1.06)mmol/L and(1.25±0.43)mmol/L were significantly lower than those of aripiprazole group(73.4±12.4)mmol/L,(6.03±1.34)mmol/L,(5.03±1.37)mmol/L and(1.48±0.55)mmol/L(P<0.05).The total effective rate 87.5%(35/40)was significantly higher than that[75.0%(30/40)]of aripiprazole group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions[12.5%(5/40)]was significantly lower than that(20.0%)(8/40)of aripiprazole group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin is more effective than aripprazole in treatment of olanzapine induced metabolic disorders.
