ORTHO AutoVue Innova全自动血型分析仪与手工法对1000例血型样本的比较分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的对ORTHO AutoVue Innova全自动血型分析仪(仪器法)和传统手工法(玻片法、试管法)进行血型鉴定的方法学比较。方法收集2016年就诊于首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院的患者全血样本1000份,利用仪器法、玻片法与试管法进行血型正定型检测,回顾性研究比较三种方法检测结果的一致性,同时分别计算三种方法判读每个样本所用的平均时间,分析三种方法检测结果初次判读失败的原因以及三种方法在实验室中的实际应用。结果 1000份血型样本仪器法鉴定结果与玻片法、试管法的一致性为100%;仪器法、玻片法和试管法初次未能判读的结果分别为8例、11例、4例;仪器法、玻片法和试管法每个样本所用的平均检测时间为1. 6 min、2. 8 min、3. 1 min。结论 ORTHO AutoVue Innova全自动血型分析仪比传统方法实验操作更加规范化、标准化,减少了操作时间,实验结果可永久保存,便于查询和医疗举证。 Objective To compare ORTHO AutoVue Innova automatic blood group analyzer(instrument method)with traditional slide method and tube method(manual method)for blood typing.Methods A total of 1000 blood samples in our center in 2016 were collected and tested by instrument method,slide method and tube method.Consistency and convenience of the three methods was analyzed and compared.Causes of misdiagnosis was analyzed.Results The consistency of instrument method with slide method and tube method was 100%.Interpretation failure existed(instrument method 8 cases,slice method 11 cases,tube method 4 cases)during first run.The average time consumption for instrument method,slide method and tube method were 1.6,2.8 and 3.1 min for each sample respectively.Conclusion ORTHO AutoVue Innova automatic blood analyzer is more standardized than traditional methods and can spare operation time.
