摘要
通过对国内外驱油剂发展的介绍以及各种丙烯酰胺产品的对比,对海上油田用聚合物驱油剂在耐温耐盐和热稳定方面进行了分子设计,得出了海上用聚丙烯酰胺的基本特点,确立了以丙烯酰胺为主体,接枝功能单体的方法,合成耐温耐盐的产品。在室内通过一系列实验最终开发出一种耐温耐盐性能良好的聚合物产品,而且2个月的热稳定性能够达到75%以上,对地层伤害很小。产品的主要性能指标为:在85℃、配制水矿化度32000mg/L条件下(钙镁离子浓度1000mg/L),开发的耐温耐盐聚合物产品2000mg/L浓度时的粘度≥20mPa.s,两个月热稳定性≥75%(粘度保留率)。
By comparing the development of domestic and foreign oil displacement of polymer as well as a variety of acrylamide products,molecular was designed for oil displacement agents of offshore oilfield in salt tolerance and thermal stability,at last the basic characteristics of polyacrylamide on offshore oilfield was obtained,in the end,we establish the acrylamide as the main method of the graft function,and synthesize the temperature and salt resistance products.A series of experiments were carried out in the laboratory to develop a kind of polymer with good temperature resistance and salt resistance,and the thermal stability of 2 months could reach more than 75%,and the damage to the formation was very small.At 85℃and under the condition of 32000mg/L salinity(calcium and magnesium ion concentration 1000mg/L),when the concentration of polymer is 2000mg/L,the viscosity of the product is larger than 20mPa.s and 2 months of thermal stability than 75%(viscosity retention rate).
