南非是"一带一路"倡议重要沿线国家。南非的煤炭探明储量为301.56亿t,煤质全部为优质的无烟煤和烟煤。南非是传统的煤炭生产大国,煤炭工业体系成熟,基础设施完备,煤炭市场成熟,是中国煤炭企业理想的投资目标国。埃利斯拉斯煤田的探明储量达到33.17亿t,且开发强度较低。中国的煤炭企业可以通过与当地煤炭生产商合作采煤并建设坑口电厂,将电输送至邻国博茨瓦纳。图利煤田有优质的焦煤资源,中国的煤炭企业可以投资参与初期勘探,用较小的成本获取矿权,并通过莫桑比克的马普托港出口焦煤。在具体的投资实务中,中国企业可通过前期勘探、合作开发、财务投资等灵活方式参与煤炭资源开发,并有效降低投资风险。

South Africa is an important country in the Belt and Road Initiative.The coal proven reserves in South Africa is 30.156 billion tons,all of them are anthracite and bituminous coal with good quality.South Africa is a traditional coal producing country with a mature coal industry system,complete infrastructure and a mature coal market,making it an ideal target country for Chinese coal enterprises.In Ellisras coal field,the proven reserves reached 3 317 million tonnes,and its developed level is low.Chinese coal enterprises could cooperate with local coal producer to mine the coal resources,build mine-mouth power plant,and send the electricity to neighboring Botswana.Tuli coalfields have high-quality coking coal resources,and Chinese coal companies can invest in early exploration,acquire tenements at lower costs,and export coking coal through Maputo port in Mozambique.In specific investment practice,Chinese enterprises can participate in coal resources development through pre-exploration,cooperative development,financial investment and other flexible ways,which could effectively reduce the investment risk.
