中钢富全矿业“五位一体”绿色矿山建设模式与实践 被引量:9

摘要 党的"十八大"将生态文明建设列入"五位一体"建设目标,兼顾经济、资源与环境协调发展的绿色矿山建设是当前矿山建设的目标选择和必由之路。基于采矿行业发展背景及中钢富全矿业实际情况,本文构建了"五位一体"绿色矿山建设模式,即以资源综合利用为核心、以循环经济为依托、以节能减排为重点、以技术创新为支撑、以科学管理为保障,协同打造"绿色、和谐、现代化矿山",并从以上五个方面分析了富全矿业绿色矿山建设的实践状况以及取得的系列成效。此模式为新常态下低品位难选地下矿高效绿色开采以及推进我国冶金矿山企业降本增效、实施供给侧改革及转型升级提供了一种实践探索。 The construction of ecological civilization has been listed in the“five in one”construction target on the Eighteenth National Congress.Green mine construction which coordinated development of economy,resources and environment is the target selection and the only way of the current mine construction.Based on the actual conditions of mining enterprises,this paper builds the green mine construction modes of“five-in-one”,in which core is the comprehensive utilization of resources,dependence is revolving economy,emphasis is energy conservation and emission reduction,support is technological innovation,guarantee is scientific management,and all of them work together to build“green,harmonious and modern mines”.The paper introduces the green mine construction practices and achievements of Sinosteel Fuquan Mining.The mode is for the underground mine which is difficult to choose efficient green mining model provides an exploration.The model provides a practical exploration for underground mines with low grade to explore efficiently,and for metallurgical mining enterprises to improve efficiency,to implement the process of supply-side reform,transformation and upgrading.
