摘要 针对输电线路带电作业环境恶劣且存在大量影响安全的不确定性因素的问题,提出了一种基于层次分析法和模糊综合法的输电线路带电作业安全评估模型。首先,基于递阶层次安全综合评价指标体系,分析了作业环境、作业人员素质、技术设备条件及安全管理等因素对带电作业的影响,并构建出输电线路带电作业安全评估矩阵。然后,基于层次分析法计算影响带电作业安全性的重要因素。最后,利用建立的输电线路带电作业安全综合评估模型对西南某省的一次220kV输电线路带电作业进行安全评价,结果表明该次带电作业安全等级为"较安全"。其中,影响安全性的最重要因素为带电作业环境。该评估结果和安全检查报告完全一致,验证了该模型的有效性。 Aiming at the bad environment of transmission line operation and uncertainty factors affecting safety,the safety evaluation model for live working of transmission lines based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthesis was proposed.First of all,based on the recursive class safety comprehensive evaluation index system,the operation environment,homework personnel quality,conditions of technology and equipment,safety management and other factors on the influence of the live working were analyzed and a safety assessment matrix of live working on transmission line was built.Then,the important factors that affected the safety of live operation were calculated based on the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the model established was used to evaluate the safety of southwest China province a 220kV transmission line,and the results showed that the live working safety level is"safer".Among them,the most important factor affecting security was the live working environment.The results of the evaluation and the safety inspection report were identical,which verified the validity of the model.
