AP1000核电厂非核级直流和UPS设备布置设计分析及对策

摘要 结合三门核电厂工程实践,从检修通道、操作空间及设备安装要求等方面对AP1000核电厂非核级直流和UPS设备布置设计进行分析,指出了AP1000核电厂非核级直流和UPS设备布置设计存在的不足,针对在建和后续新建AP1000核电厂中非核级直流和UPS设备布置提出改进对策,为AP1000核电厂建设积累经验。 Combined with the engineering practice of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant,the design of non-nuclear DC and UPS equipment layout of AP1000 nuclear power plant is analyzed from the aspects of maintenance access,operating space and equipment installation requirements.From the analysis,the existing defects in the layout design of non-nuclear DC&UPS equipment in AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant are pointed out.Finally,countermeasures of design improvement are recommended for layout design of non-class 1E DC&UPS equipment in AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant under construction and to be built in the future,accumulating experience for the construction of AP1000 nuclear power plant.
