摘要
为了提高非线性机电系统的安全性和可靠性,提出了一种基于非线性键合图模型的实时故障诊断方法。基于建立的考虑了Stribeck摩擦的机电系统键合图模型对系统进行故障诊断;通过结合独立和非独立解析冗余关系构建联合故障特征矩阵的方法,来提高被监测系统在多故障条件下的故障隔离能力;最后通过非线性机电系统试验平台验证了建立的键合图模型的有效性和故障诊断方法的可行性。
To improve the safety and reliability of nonlinear mechatronic systems,a real-time fault diagnosis method based on a nonlinear bond graph model was proposed.A bond graph model of the mechatronic system considering the influence of Stribeck friction was established.Based on the model,fault diagnosis of the system was conducted.The fault signature matrix was constructed by combining dependent and independent analytical redundancy relations to promote the isolation capability of the monitored system under multiple faults condition.The effectiveness of the developed bond graph model as well as the proposed fault diagnosis method was validated by the test bed of the nonlinear mechatronic system.
