摘要
介绍了变电站电量不足期望值(EENS)、全寿命周期成本(LCC)及故障率等指标的计算方法,并提出了一种考虑供电可靠性约束的变电站主设备检修的优化方法。基于变电站检修指标,并根据可靠性优先或费效比优先的标准,确定设备可选的最佳检修方案。通过实例分析验证了该检修方法的实用性,表明优先考虑费效比的检修方案既可保证变电站供电的可靠性,又大大节约了检修成本,是一种最佳的变电站主设备检修方法。
The calculation methods of the Expected Energy Not Supplied(EENS),Life Cycle Cost(LCC)and failure rate of substation were introduced.An optimization method for the maintenance of main equipment in substation considering the power supply reliability constraints was proposed.Based on the index of substation maintenance,and according to the criteria of priority of reliability or priority of cost effectiveness ratio,the best optional maintenance plan of equipment could be determined.The practicability of the proposed maintenance method was verified through an example.The experiment proved that the overhaul scheme with priority to the cost efficiency ratio could not only guarantee the reliability of the substation power supply,but also greatly saved the maintenance cost.It was the best method for the maintenance of the main equipment of the substation.
