摘要 根据隔河岩电厂#3机组开机流程异常退出的故障现象,分析计算机监控系统开机流程对机组转速上升过程异常的判断逻辑,结合调速器电气控制的电液转换过程,通过历史数据趋势分析并比对同型号其它机组正常工况,确定#3机组导叶打开速度受系统油压影响明显,判断异常原因为主配压阀往后的导水机构实际工况偏离正常设计范围,导水机构动作卡阻,控制环阻力偏大。为保障水轮发电机组安全运行,提出针对性解决方案,并完成了相应的技术改造和设备升级。 According to the failure of abnormal exit of the start process of Unit#3 in Geheyan Hydropower Plant,the abnormal logic of SCADA was systematically analyzed.Combined with the electro-hydraulic conversion process of the electric control of the governor,the trend analysis of historical data was performed.Compared with the normal conditions of other units of the same model,it was determined that the opening speed of the guide vane of Unit#3 was significantly affected by the system oil pressure.The cause of the fault was the actual working condition of the water diversion mechanism behind the pressure distribution valve had deviated from the normal design range.The action of the water guide mechanism was blocked and the resistance of the control ring was too large.To ensure the safe operation of the hydro-generator units,the specific solutions were proposed and the corresponding technological transformation and equipment upgrades were complemented.
