摘要
为解决直流输电工程中两站极控系统站间通信故障工况下,逆变站直流线路故障重启动频繁重复动作,导致无法闭锁直流系统的问题,提出在上述工况下逆变站直流线路故障重启动失败时直接闭锁直流系统的优化控制策略。通过基于RTDS搭建的永富直流输电工程仿真系统模拟接地故障验证该优化控制策略。仿真试验结果表明,该直流线路故障重启动优化控制策略能有效解决上述工况下存在的问题,具有良好的工程应用性,对目前在运的高压/特高压直流输电工程均具有借鉴意义。
In order to solve the problem of the inability to block the DC system caused by the frequent repeating action of the DC line fault recovery in the inverter station under the condition of the communication fault between two station pole control system stations in HVDC transmission project,the optimal control strategy of direct blocking DC system was proposed under the above conditions when the DC line fault recovery was failed in the inverter station.The optimization control strategy was verified by simulation of the grounding failure of the DC transmission engineering simulation system based on RTDS.The simulation results showed that the proposed DC line fault recovery optimization control strategy could effectively solve the above problems,and has good engineering applicability,which was of significance for the HV/UHVDC transmission projects currently in operation.
