北京市商务人才“十三五”时期发展对策研究——以政府部门为视角 被引量:3

摘要 "十二五"时期,高端商务人才数量与社会需求相比仍然有较大缺口,一线商务人才流失现象较为严重,商务人才的培训和评价体系与素质提升有待加强。因此,"十三五"时期,政府部门开展商务人才工作,需要加强商务人才发展的服务体系建设;推动商务人才的高端化、创新化、国际化发展;重点加强生活性服务业人才、商务服务业人才、电子商务人才、物流人才和开放型经济领域人才队伍建设,推进商务人才京津冀一体化发展。 In the 12th five-year plan period,there is still a big gap between the number and the demand of high-end business talents,The loss of front-line business professionals is serious,the training and evaluation system of business talents and quality improvement are not yet perfected.Therefore,in the“13th Five-Year”period,the government departments to carry out business personnel,need to strengthen the construction of the service system of business talent development,promote the high-end,innovative and international development of business talents;focus on strengthening the construction of such personnel as life service industry,business service industry,e-commerce,logistics and open economy field;promote the business talents integrated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region.
