东阳木雕被列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录,面临创新与发展的问题。分析培养东阳木雕刚果(布)本土化人才的意义,研究留学生心理调试、生活环境适应、专业学习、文化融合等内容,探讨东阳木雕刚果(布)本土化人才培养模式,尝试为东阳木雕培养刚果(布)传承人,为东阳木雕的设计与创作引入刚果(布)文化因素。

Dongyang woodcarving is the first batch to be listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list.Now it is also facing the problems of innovation and development.This paper mainly analyses the significance of training local talents in Dongyang Woodcarving in Congo,and studies the psychological adjustment,living environment adaptation,professional learning and cultural integration of overseas students.Then explores the local talent training mode of Dongyang Woodcarving in Congo,tries to train Congo successors for Dongyang woodcarving,and introduces Congo cultural factors into the design and creation of Dongyang woodcarving.
