我国医疗费用现状分析

Analysis of Status Quo of China's Medical Expenses

近年来,我国医疗费用增长过快,公众就医经济负担处于上升趋势,欠发达地区就医负担加重更为明显。医疗费用上涨原因可归结为政府卫生筹资仍显不足、医疗机构内部体系运行效率不高、公众正确健康观念不强。笔者提出了医疗费用的控制策略与应对办法,并指出需大力完善卫生筹资体系。为使政府筹资功能更具可持续性、充足性、公平性和效率性,必须将公众健康利益置于一切利益之上。

The growth of medical expenses was still too fast,the disease burden remained rampant and the burden of medical treatment in less developed areas was more obvious.The solutions for this problem still lie in the continuous enhancement of government responsibilities,the incessant improvement of internal operational efficiency in medical institutions,the scientific guidance of people's psychological expectation for health and happiness,and greater efforts for optimization of health financing system,so as to render the government fund-raising functions more sustainable,adequate,equitable and efficient.The general public's health interests must be as the top priority.
