摘要
目的:分析上海市某精神卫生中心医师资源配置状况,为医院优化人力资源配置、完善人力资源管理提供理论依据。方法:收集人事报表及现有人力资源数据,并参考政府和医院相关政策文件。结果:截至2018年4月,该中心共有各类医师264人,占职工总人数的20.7%; 40-51岁的医师数量最多,占比接近一半;医师中本科及以下学历人员有109人,45岁以下青年医师占本科学历医师人数的53%;高、中、初级职称人数比例约为4∶4∶2,青年医师中,高层次(正高级)人才不足;精神科青年医师及医技辅助科室医师人数偏少。结论:该中心医师资源配置在数量、质量、结构上略欠合理,尤其是在精神专科青年卫生人才培养方面面临挑战。
Objective:To analyze the resource allocation of doctors in one of the top third class psychiatric hospitals in Shanghai,put forward some suggestions for improvement of the main problems,so as to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the allocation of human resources and perfecting the work of human resources management in hospital.Methods:The hospital personnel report forms and existing human resources data were collected,and relevant government and hospital policy documents were consulted.Results:As of April 2018,there were 264 doctors in the hospital,accounting for 20.7%of the total number of staff and workers in the hospital.The number of doctors aged 40-51 years was the highest,accounting for nearly half.There were 109 doctors with undergraduate degree and below.Young doctors under 45 years old accounted for 53%of the total number of doctors with undergraduate degree.The proportion of high,middle and junior professional titles was about 4:4:2.Among the young doctors,there were not enough high-level people.The number of young psychiatrists and medical assistant departments were small.Conclusion:The quantity,quality and structure of physician resource allocation in this hospital are not reasonable,especially in the training of young health personnel.
