Status Quo of Non-Drug Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是老年人群最为常见的一种神经退行性疾病,95%为散发,提示AD因素的多样性,并进而导致其发病机制的复杂及治疗的困难。AD亦称老年痴呆症,临床表现为老年人因遗传、环境等所致的渐进性的,明显严重于正常老化的记忆、注意、语言、解题能力等的认知功能、行为及人格障碍综合征。AD属于多因素诱导发病,且目前并无良好的药物彻底治愈,一旦患病,会导致患者日常生活能力下降,造成身心极大的痛苦,严重影响患者的生活质量,且医疗费用高,绝大多数AD患者由家人照顾,由此带来严重的社会卫生问题和经济负担。本文将就AD的医疗、家庭及社会非药物治疗展开综述。

Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly population,of which 95%are sporadic cases,suggesting the diversity of AD risk factors,and thus leading to the complexity in its pathogenesis and difficulties in its treatment.AD,also known as Alzheimer's disease,is characterized by progressive genetic,environmental,and other symptoms of cognitive,behavioral,and personality disorders that are significantly more severe than those of normal aging,such as memory,attention,language,problem-solving ability,and so on.Once the old people suffer from AD,which will lead to the decrease of daily living ability,suffer the soul and body,and lower the quality of their lives accompanying a high medical expense,finally brings serious social health problems and financial burden.Here,we reviewed non-drug treatment of Alzhiemer disease from hospital,family and society.
