饲粮添加维生素E和硒对育成期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Dietary Vitamin E and Selenium on Growth Performance,Nutrient Digestibility and Serum Biochemical Indices of Growing Minks(Mustela vison)

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮添加维生素E(VE)和硒(Se)对育成期水貂生长性能、营养物质消化率及血清生化指标的影响。选取60只70日龄、平均体重为(1 030.64±85.50) g的健康雄性短毛黑水貂,随机分成4组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+200 mg/kg VE(以DL-α-生育酚乙酸酯为VE源,含量为50%)(VE组)、基础饲粮+0.2 mg/kg Se(以甘氨酸纳米硒为Se源,含量为1%)(Se组),基础饲粮+200 mg/kg VE+0.2 mg/kg Se(VE+Se组)。试验从2017年7月14日开始,至2017年9月14日结束。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,VE组和VE+Se组水貂平均日增重显著增加而料重比显著下降(P <0.05)。2) VE+Se组水貂脂肪消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但与VE组和Se组差异不显著(P>0.05)。3) VE+Se组水貂血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),但与VE组和Se组差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,饲粮单独添加VE或同时添加VE和Se极显著降低水貂血清活性氧(ROS)水平(P<0.01)。4) VE+Se组水貂血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平显著高于VE组和Se组(P<0.05),但与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮同时添加VE和Se显著提高水貂血清白介素-2(IL-2)水平(P<0.05)。综合考虑得出,本试验条件下,饲粮中同时添加200 mg/kg VE和0.2 mg/kg Se可促进育成期水貂生长,提高脂肪消化率,同时增强机体抗氧化能力及免疫力。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary vitamin E(VE)and selenium(Se)on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical indices of growing minks.Sixty 70-day-old male standard dark minks with an average body weight of(1 030.64±85.50)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 15 replicates per group and 1 mink per replicate.They were fed diets as follows:a basal diet(control group),the basal diet+200 mg/kg VE(50%DL-α-tocopheryl acetate as VE source,50%)(VE group),the basal diet+0.2 mg/kg Se(glycine nano-selenium as Se source,1%)(Se group),and the basal diet+200 mg/kg VE+0.2 mg/kg Se(VE+Se group).The experiment began on 14th July,2017,and ended on 14th September,2017.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain(ADG)was significantly increased and the feed/gain(F/G)was significantly decreased in VE and VE+Se groups compared with the control group(P<0.05).2)The fat digestibility in VE+Se group was extremely significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.01),but no significant difference was found between VE and Se groups(P>0.05).3)The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum in VE+Se group were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but had no significant difference compared with VE and Se groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,only adding VE or both adding VE and Se in diets extremely significantly decreased serum reactive oxygen level(P<0.01).4)The serum immunoglobulin G level in VE+Se group was significantly higher than that in VE and Se groups(P<0.05),but had no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,both adding VE and Se in diets significantly increased serum interleukin-2 level(P<0.05).Considering all the factors,both adding 200 mg/kg VE and 0.2 mg/kg Se in diets can improve the growth,increase the fat digestibility,and enhance the antioxidant capacity and immunity of growing minks under this experimental condition.
