摘要
智能制造是"中国制造2025"的主攻方向和制造业转型升级的必然选择。本文通过分析制造企业创新柔性、智能化转型、商业模式创新和环境动态性的相互关系,构建了制造企业创新柔性对智能化转型的作用机理模型,探索制造企业创新柔性对智能化转型的影响机理。利用问卷调查收集数据,对模型进行了实证分析。结果表明,创新柔性能够正向影响智能化转型,商业模式创新在创新柔性和智能化转型之间具有中介效应,环境动态性正向调节创新柔性与商业模式创新、智能化转型之间关系。研究结果为推动中国制造企业智能化发展提供理论指导与启示。
Intelligent manufacturing is the inevitable choice for the direction of“Made in China 2025”and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.By analyzing the relationship among manufacturing innovation flexibility,intelligent transformation,business model innovation and environmental dynamics,this paper constructs a mechanism model of the innovation flexibility of manufacturing enterprises to intelligent transformation.The model is empirically analyzed from questionnaires data.The results show that innovation flexibility can positively influence the intelligent transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Business model innovation has intermediate effects between innovation flexibility and intelligent transformation.Environmental dynamics have a positive regulatory effect.The research results provide theoretical guidance and inspiration for promoting the intelligent transformation and development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
