组织衰落、失败学习和战略柔性对组织创新的影响:被中介的调节模型

The Impact of Organizational Decline, Learning from Failures and Strategic Flexibility on Organizational Innovation: A Mediated Moderation Model

本文整合行为理论、学习理论等视角,构建一个被中介的调节效应模型,研究失败学习对组织衰落与组织创新关系的调节机制,审视战略柔性对整个调节机制的中介作用。检验结果表明,组织衰落对组织创新具有显著的正向影响,失败学习对组织衰落与组织创新的关系具有正向调节作用;失败学习正向影响战略柔性(资源柔性和能力柔性),战略柔性对组织衰落与组织创新的关系具有正向调节作用。进一步研究发现,资源柔性中介了失败学习的调节作用,能力柔性的中介作用未获得验证。

The paper builds a mediated moderation model,studies the moderation mechanism of learning from failures to the relationship between the organizational decline and organizational innovation,and examines the mediation of strategic flexibility to the moderation based on the perspective of behavioral theory and learning theory.The empirical test shows that organization decline has a significant positive influence on organizational innovation,learning from failures has a positive moderate effect on organizational decline and organizational innovation;learning from failures positively influences strategic flexibility(resource flexibility and capacity flexibility),strategic flexibility has a positive moderate effect on organizational decline and organizational innovation.Further study finds that resource flexibility mediates the moderation of learning from failures,and the mediation of ability flexibility is not verified.
