供应链治理模式选择:低控制还是高控制?——基于多元制度逻辑的实证研究

The Choice Mechanism of Supply Chain Governance Mode: Low Control or High Control? ——Empirical Research Based on Multiple Institutional Logics

突出我国正处于经济与制度转型的特殊情境,基于多元制度逻辑视角探究关系逻辑、政府逻辑与市场逻辑下供应链治理模式选择倾向及其背后原因。本文对117份有效调查问卷进行多层级有序概率回归分析,结果表明:供应链成员企业的商业关系与政治关系越强,越倾向于选择低控制治理模式;相对于国有企业而言,商业关系与政治关系对非国有企业治理模式选择行为的影响效果更明显;市场化改革有利于缓解商业关系、政治关系对供应链治理模式选择的影响强度。研究成果不仅为丰富本土供应链治理理论提供有效证据,而且为从政府管理与企业管理两方面促进我国供应链发展提供了新的科学依据。

Highlighting the special situation of economic and institutional transformation period,this paper explores the choice mechanism of supply chain governance mode from perspectives of relationship logic,government logic and market logic based on institutional logic theory.The results of multi-level ordered probit regression from 117 valid questionnaires indicate that the stronger business relationship and political relationship of members within supply chain,the more inclining to choose low-control governance mode.In addition,the influence of business relationship and political relationship on the choice of supply chain governance mode is more significant compared with the state-owned enterprises,and the market-oriented reform effectively cushions the influence of business relationship and political relationship on the choice of supply chain governance mode.The results not only enrich local supply chain governance theory by providing effective evidence,but also provide new evidence to promote the development of supply chain from aspects of government management and enterprise management.
