跨境电商发展存在问题及外汇政策研究——以许昌市跨境电商为例

Problems in Cross-border Electronic Commerce and Research of Foreign Exchange Policies:Take the Corss-border Electronic Commerce in Xuchang as an Example

近年来,跨境电商快速发展,已成为我国外贸企业拓展海外市场、提升国际竞争力的重要渠道。从外汇管理的角度看,由于跨境电商与传统外贸在交易形式、交易主体、通关方式、收支渠道、结算方式上都变得更多样,现行的外汇政策和管理模式已经不能完全适应跨境电商的发展需求,并在一定程度上制约了跨境电商的发展。研究旨在通过对许昌跨境电商发展现状的分析,找到跨境电商的外汇管理难点,提出管理思路和建议。

In recent years,the rapid development of cross-border electronic commerce has became an important channel for Chinese foreign trade enterprises to expand overseas markets and enhance international competitiveness.From the perspective of foreign exchange management,current foreign exchange policies and management mode already can not adapt the development demand of crossborder e-commerce and even limits the development of cross-border e-commerce to a certain degree,since it has became more varied than the traditional foreign trade in transaction form,transacion subject,customs clearance,payment channels and settlement methods.This paper aims to find out the difficulties in foreign exchange management by analyzing the development status of cross-border e-commerce in Xuchang and offer management ideas and proposal.
