在逆全球化贸易保护主义抬头背景下,中国现在和德国曾经面临着相似的挑战。从金融视角不难看出,简单以贸易不平衡为由挑起贸易摩擦是错误的,逆全球化贸易保护主义对全球经济产生消极影响和对新兴经济体造成较大伤害。二战后,德国以制造业和贸易立国,经济快速发展,成功化解贸易保护主义的挑战。德国在维护本币安全,降低贸易摩擦风险,抵御贸易讹诈等方面经验,值得中国借鉴。为此,应建立贸易摩擦压力测试和金融自律机制,加强信贷风险控制与评估,完善宏观调控措施,巩固国际经贸合作,维护金融安全。
