摘要
根据国家电网对智能电能高精度、多功能和网络化的要求,文中介绍了一种基于ADE 9000的三相电能计量与质量分析系统的设计方案。ADE 9000是一款高度集成的三相模拟前端,内部集成高精度24位ADC和DSP内核,实现了多种电能参量的高精度计量。在STM32主控芯片的管理下,结合LabVIEW上位机实现电能计量和谐波分析的功能。文章详细介绍了系统总体框架,硬件电路及软件程序设计的具体方法,在多个设计环节体现出对高精度和网络实时性的要求。
In view of the high precision,multi-function and networking requirements of SGCC for smart meters,a design scheme of three-phase electric power metering and quality analysis system based on ADE9000 is introduced in this paper.ADE9000 is a highly integrated three-phase analog front end,it integrates high precision 24-bit ADC and DSP kernel and implements a variety of high-precision measurement of electrical energy parameters.Under the management of STM32 master chip,combined with LabVIEW upper computer,the function of energy metering and harmonic analysis is realized.This paper introduced the overall framework of the system,the specific method of hardware circuit and software program design in detail.The requirement of high precision and network in real time is considered in every design links.
