摘要
阐述了软磁材料磁性能测量使用的单片测试方法,包括电流法和H-coil法。采用单片H-coil法对不同工况(正弦、谐波工况)下非晶合金带材的工频磁性能进行测试,测试结果呈正态分布,铁损集中在0. 16 W/kg~0. 21W/kg,能够较好的反映材料本身的局部特性;叠加谐波工况后,随着谐波次数与谐波含量的增加,非晶带材铁损有所升高,在工作磁密为1. 3 T,叠加5次谐波含量9%时,材料铁损较正弦工况升高约19%。
The single sheet testing methods used in magnetic properties measurement of soft magnetic materials are reviewed,including current method and H-coil method.The magnetic properties of power frequency of amorphous alloy strip under different working conditions(sinus and harmonic)were tested by H-coil method.The test results are normally distributed,and the iron loss is concentrated in 0.16 W^0.21 W,which can reflect the local characteristics of the material itself preferable.The iron loss of amorphous strip increases with the increase of the number of harmonics and the content of harmonics.Compared with the sinus condition,the iron loss of the material increases by about 19%under the condition that fifth harmonic content is 9%,working magnetic density is 1.3 T.
