长期以来,以冷战思维为代表的西方传统理念在国际社会中始终占据主导地位,它推崇霸权主义,崇尚零和博弈,严重影响着国际社会的正常秩序。在此背景下,突破传统思维藩篱,牢固树立"人类命运共同体"意识,努力让"正确义利观""新型安全观"和"共同价值观"在全球范围内落地生根,不仅是稳固国际秩序的内在要求,同时更是推动"人类命运共同体"现实构建的必然选择。

For a long time,western traditional ideas represented by the Cold War mentality have always dominated the international community.It advocates hegemonism and zero-sum game,affecting the normal international community order.Under this circumstance,we should abandon traditional thinking and establish the sense of"the community with a shared future for mankind",let"the justice and benefit","the new security framework"and"the common values"take root in the international community,which are not only the internal requirements of stabilizing domestic order but also an inevitable choice for propelling the reality construction of"the community with a shared future for mankind".
