摘要
师德是师范教育的重要组成部分,其成效关系到培养的师范生是否是社会主义事业合格的建设者与接班人。社会主义核心价值观是中华民族的伟大思想支柱,也是师范生师德培养的核心内容。抓好师德教育,是社会主义核心价值观落地的重要体现。从人才培养方案的顶层设计、教师的言传身教、校园文化的熏陶、实践服务等方面探索社会主义核心价值观融入师范生教育培养的全过程,对培育师范生师德具有重要的指导意义和借鉴价值。
Teacher's moral education is an important part of normal student education,and its effectiveness is related to whether the normal students are qualified builders and successors in the socialist cause.The socialist core values are the great ideological pillar of the Chinese nation and the core content of the training of teachers'morality.Paying attention to teacher moral education is an important embodiment of the implementation of socialist core values.From the top-level design of personnel training project,words and deeds of teachers,the edification of campus culture and practice service,exploring the whole process of integrating socialist core values into the normal students'education has important guiding significance and reference value for cultivating teacher-training students'morality.
