残健融合理念下高校学生党支部实践育人模式探析——以乐山师范学院“庆瑶阳光”学生党支部为例

A Probe into the Practical Education Model of the Party Branch of the College Students under the Concept of the Integration of the Disabled and the Healthy——Taking the Party Branch of "Qingyao Sunshine" in Leshan Normal University as an Example

随着我国残疾人高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,包括听障学生在内的残疾人已成为大学生的重要组成部分,推进残疾大学生与普通大学生的融合教育工作意义重大。高校学生党支部坚持"残健融合"理念,坚持"支部+基地"、"支部+社团"、"支部+管理机制",广泛搭建实践平台,创新实践育人模式,有助于把基层党支部教育管理与推动残疾人服务发展相结合,实现基层党建与精准助残工作联动整推。

With the vigorous development of higher education for the disabled in China,the disabled,including hearing-impaired students,have become an important part of college students.It is of great significance to promote the integration education between disabled college students and ordinary college students.The Party branch of college students adheres to the idea of"integration of the disabled and the healthy",the concept of"branch and base","branch and association"and"branch and management mechanism",widely building practical platform,and innovating the mode of practical education.This will be helpful to combine the education management of the Party branch at the grassroots level with the development of the service for the disabled,so as to realize the linkage between the Party building at the grass-roots level and the work of precision assistance for the disabled.
