中国制造业全球价值链分工地位核算研究

Accounting Research on the Global Value Chain Division of China's Manufacturing Industry

中国制造业分工地位的崛起是中美贸易摩擦加剧的重要原因。基于总出口附加值分解,测算中国制造业全球价值链参与指数、全球价值链地位指数、国内附加值竞争力指数,从整体、分行业、国际比较三个层面进行梳理,在嵌入全球价值链的分析中重点把握分工参与程度与嵌入位置的时序描述,以概述参与方式和面临的问题。中国制造业参与全球价值链分工体系的程度较深,深入全球生产网络的趋势在不断上升,全球价值链地位指数呈现"右偏V"型发展趋势,国际分工地位表现出向上游攀升的特征,但分工地位仍相对较低,制造业行业间差异显著。

The rise of the division of labor of China's manufacturing industry is an important reason for the increasing trade frictions between China and the United States.Based on total export value-added decomposition,this paper measures global value chain participation index,global value chain position index and domestic value-added competitiveness index from three aspects-overall,divisions,and international comparison.Analysis of embedded way in global value chain grasps the division of labor participation and the sequence describe of embedded position in order to overview of participation paths and facing problems.Analysis shows that the degree of China's manufacturing industry to participate in the global value chain division of labor system is deeper and deeper,and the trend of going deep into global production networks is rising constantly,and global value chain position index shows a development trend of type right-skewed V,besides,the international division of labor status shows the characteristics of the upstream climbing.But the division of labor status is still relatively low,the difference among the manufacturing industries is significant.
