摘要
目前建设项目使用林地可行性论证中对生物多样性的影响分析存在不够重视、方法主观性强、结果不够客观等问题。本文尝试采用德尔菲法建立建设项目使用林地对生物多样性的影响评价等级标准和评价指标体系。该方法实现了对生物多样性影响程度的定量化分析,方法简单易推广。
The problems of analysis of biodiversity impact on the feasibility of forestland in construction projects is not enough attention,the method is subjective,and the results are not objective and accurate enough.This paper uses Delphi method to establish the grading standards and evaluation index system of the biodiversity impact of forestland in construction projects.This method realizes quantitative analysis of the biodiversity impact,and the method is simple and easy to popularize.
