"社会主义核心价值观与商事制度建设"学术研讨会于2018年9月29日在天津师范大学召开,会议主旨发言立足于社会主义核心价值观的深远意义,以商业道德为媒介,与商法原则互通,推动了商法的发展。单元报告具体从社会主义核心价值观与商法理念,社会主义核心价值观与商事主体制度,以及社会主义核心价值观与商事交易制度三个方面展开讨论,聚焦商事理论与实务领域诸多重要命题,从顶层设计、中观制度、具体规则多个层面探索社会主义核心价值观与商法融入路径与策略。

Academic conference on Socialist Core Values and the Construction of Commercial Legal System was held in Tianjin Normal University on September 29th,2018.Based on the far-reaching significance of the socialist core values,the keynote speech promotes the development of commercial law by taking commercial morality as the medium and interacting with the principles of commercial law.The unit report discusses the socialist core values and commercial law concepts,the socialist core values and commercial subject system,and the socialist core values and commercial transaction system.The report focuses on the theory and practice of commercial areas of many important propositions,from the top-level design,concept system,and specific rules of multiple levels to explore the path and strategy for socialist core values integrating into commercial law.
