精神病患者直接照顾者病耻感与生活质量的相关性研究

Correlation research between stigma and quality of life for principal caregivers of psychotic patients

目的探讨精神病患者直接照顾者的病耻感现状及与生活质量的相关性。方法采用方便抽样的方法对208例调查对象进行生活质量及病耻感感受的问卷调查,并分析其相关性。结果精神病患者直接照顾者的生活质量得分为(54.84±13.78)分,病耻感水平为(2.36±0.37)分。生活质量总分及各维度得分与病耻感总分及各维度之间均呈负相关(r=-0.031～-0.506,P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示,躯体疾病和病耻感水平与生活质量呈负相关,对疾病的认知与生活质量呈正相关。结论精神病患者直接照顾者的病耻感水平较高,严重影响了照顾者的生活质量。

Objective To study the correlation between the present status of stigma and quality of life for principal caregivers of psychotic patients.Method Choose208caregivers by convenient sampling and investigate them by questionnaire on stigma feeling and quality of life.Then analyze the correlation between them.Result Score on quality of life for principal caregivers of psychotic patients is(54.84±13.78).Score on stigma level is(2.36±0.37).There is negative correlation between each item and total score on quality of life,between each item and total score on stigma(r=-0.031^-0.506,P<0.05).Result of regression analysis shows that there is negative correlation between somatic disease,stigma and quality of life and there is positive correlation between cognition on disease and quality of life.Conclusion Principal caregivers of psychotic patients have high stigma level which influenced their quality of life.
