科技创新对电网发展的价值越来越大,加快创新成果转移转化具有重大意义。近年来,国网安徽省电力有限公司培训中心以青年创新工作室创建为平台,技能大赛为助力,改革人才培养模式,提倡校企合作,取得丰硕科研创新成果。加快促进科技成果转化为生产力,积极推动产学研深度融合,形成校企共同推动科技成果转化的新格局,为新时期电网的创新发展做出新的更大的贡献。

The scientific and technological innovation is of greater value for the development of power grid and it is of great significance to accelerate the transfer and transformation of innovation achievements.Based on the establishment of youth innovation studios and skill competitions,the Training Centre of State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co.,Ltd.has reformed the personnel training model,promoted school-enterprise cooperation and achieved fruitful results of innovation in recent years.By accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces and actively promoting the deep integration of industry,academia and research,a new pattern of joint promotion of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements by schools and enterprises will be formed,and greater contributions are expected to the innovative development of the State Grid in the new era.
