摘要
农电员工是推动电网高质量发展的重要力量,伴随着全能型乡镇供电所和配电队星级创建的加快推进,服务好地方经济的跨越式赶超、美丽乡村建设以及人民日益增长的美好生活需要,农网的组织架构、业务职责、管理体系等都发生了新的变化。面对新的内外部形势,国网巢湖供电公司通过全面加强考勤考核,提升激励约束;以点带面发挥龙头示范效应,提升能力素质;建设农电"职工之家",提升归属情感等"三个提升"助推农电员工队伍管理上台阶。
The rural power workforce is an important force to promote the high-quality development of power grid.With the acceleration of star-rated construction of omnipotent township power supply stations and distribution teams,the leap in services for local economy,the construction of beautiful countryside and the growing needs of people for a better life,new changes have taken place in the organizational structure,business responsibilities and management systems in the rural power grid.Faced with the new internal and external situations,the State Grid Chaohu Power Supply Company promotes incentive constraint by comprehensively strengthening attendance assessment,promotes abilities and qualities by exerting the demonstration effects from point to area,and promotes emotion of belonging by building″home for workers″,which has brought the management of rural power team to higher levels.
