摘要 德国"双元制"人才培养模式在世界职教领域享有很高的声誉,其核心是校企双方深度合作,共同完成人才培养。安徽冶金科技职业学院认真吸取德国职业教育的精髓,以现代职教理念为引领,充分发挥企业办学特色,通过学习借鉴"双元制"模式和巴登公司员工培训经验,把工学结合作为人才培养模式改革的切入点,积极探索实践适合我国国情的校企合作人才培养新方式。 The German″dual system″personnel training mode enjoys a high reputation worldwide in the filed of vocational education.Its core is deep cooperation and mutual efforts in training of talents between schools and enterprises.Anhui Vocational College of Metallurgy and Technology absorbs the essence in German vocational education,takes the modern vocational education concept as the guide and gives full play to the characteristics of enterprise-running school.Learning from the″dual system″mode and Barden′s experience,the college takes″work-integrated learning″as the breakthrough point in reform of training mode and actively explores and practices new approaches to personnel training on the basis of school-enterprise cooperation that are suitable for China′s national conditions.
