摘要
称重传感器清洗机机架在实际工作过程中起到支撑整个装置的作用。首先对现有称重传感器清洗机机架进行了静力学仿真,得到了机架的变形、应力参数;优化设计时以机架方钢截面尺寸参数为输入参数,机架应力、变形为输出参数,通过ANSYS软件仿真分析获得了机架应力、变形与方钢截面尺寸参数之间的关系,之后以减小机架质量为优化目标,采用有限元优化设计模块对其进行优化设计。结果表明,通过有限元分析,机架的最大变形量增加了23%,最大应力增加了53%,质量减小了19. 17%。
The load cell cleaning machine frame plays the role of supporting the whole device during the actual working process.Firstly,the static load simulation of the existing load cell cleaning machine frame is performed,and the deformation and stress parameters of the frame are obtained;Taking the dimension parameters of the square steel section of the frame as the input parameters,and the frame stress and deformation as the output parameters,the relationship between the frame stress,deformation and the square steel section size parameters was obtained through ANSYS software simulation analysis,and then the rack was reduced.The weight is the optimization goal,and the finite element optimization design module was used to optimize the design.The results showed that with finite element analysis,the maximum deformation of the rack increased by23%,the maximum stress increased by53%,and the mass decreased by19.17%.
