摘要 为了汽车轻量化设计,提高发动机效率与动力输出,对发动机关键部件曲轴的结构进行了优化研究。通过对四缸发动机曲轴参数化建模,导入ANSYS软件有限元分析,获得了曲轴模型各个部位的应力和变形,结果表明曲轴最大变形量与应力在主轴颈、连杆轴颈及连杆轴过渡圆角处最为集中。为了优化曲轴结构,选用响应面法对结构进行了优化分析,通过函数拟合与试验设计搭建Response Surface Optimization系统,最后分析得到了优化后结构。对优化前后数据进行对比,得出利用响应面法可以快速有效优化结构,提高曲轴强度及可靠性。 In order to study the automobile lightweight and improve the engine efficiency and power output,the structure of the crankshaft of the key components of the engine is studied.Based on the four cylinder engine crankshaft parametric modeling,finite element analysis software into ANSYS,the crankshaft model structure of all parts of the stress and deformation,the results show that the maximum deformation of the crankshaft and the stress in the main shaft,connecting rod and connecting rod journal fillet is the most concentrated.In order to optimize the structure of crankshaft,response surface method is used to optimize the structure.After fitting function and experimental design,Response Surface Optimization system is built,and the optimized structure is analyzed.And comparing the data before and after the optimization,it can be concluded that the structure can be optimized quickly and effectively by the response surface method,and the strength and reliability of the crankshaft can be improved.
