摘要
应用多体动力学理论以及虚拟样机技术,基于Newton-Euler法对某双向偏转平台进行了动力学建模及耦合分析。首先在Catia中建立了该平台的三维模型,然后建立了该三维模型的动力学方程并对其进行耦合分析,最后借助ADAMS动力学仿真软件对该模型施加不同的驱动,仿真其在单向偏转与双向同时偏转这两种情况下驱动电机所输出的扭矩,并绘制出扭矩-时间曲线图。通过对比该平台在两种情况下的扭矩-时间曲线图,分析其单向偏转与双向同时偏转对各电机扭矩的影响,得出其耦合关系。
Using the multi-body dynamics theory and virtual prototyping technology,a dynamic modeling and coupled analysis of a bidirectional deflection platform was performed based on the Newton-Euler method.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the platform was established in Catia,and then the dynamic equation of the three-dimensional model was established and coupled analysis was performed.Finally,the ADAMS dynamics simulation software was used to apply different driving to the model.Deflection and bidirectional simultaneous deflection were both simulated and the torque output by each drive motor in both cases was plotted and the torque-time curve was plotted.By comparing the torque-time curves of the platform under these two conditions,the effects of one-way deflection and two-way simultaneous deflection on the torque of each motor were analyzed and the coupling relationship was obtained.
