摘要 提出了一种基于PVDF传感器及鼾声检测的智能睡枕设计,其中的PVDF传感器用于检测呼吸时胸部运动产生的震动信号,微型麦克风用于鼾声检测。系统采用STM32单片机对信号进行分析处理,判断鼾声及睡眠呼吸暂停的发生,从而调节睡枕的高度、斜度,改变酣睡者睡姿,降低睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的发生率。通过实验仿真验证了该方法可有效改善睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的发生。 The paper presents an intelligent sleeping pillow design based on PVDF sensor and snoring detection.PVDF sensor is used to detect vibration signal generated by chest movement while breathing,and micro microphone is used to detect snoring sound.STM32single chip computer system is used to analyze and process the signal.The occurrence of snoring and sleep apnea has been determined to adjust the height and slope of sleep pillow to change the sleeping position of the sleeper and to reduce the incidence of sleep apnea syndrome(SAS).By adjusting the height and slope of sleeping pillow,the design can hope to change the sleeping position of the sleeper,and then to change the chest movement and labor through simulation.The biological vibration signal proves that this method can effectively improve the occurrence of sleep apnea syndrome.
