苘麻提取物的抗氧化活性研究

Study on Antiodidant Activities of Velvetleaf (Abutilon theophrasti Medicus) Extracts

目的:研究了苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti Medicus)提取物的抗氧化活性,为苘麻作为天然来源的抗氧化剂提供理论基础。方法:研究了苘麻不同部位提取物的总抗氧化能力、DPPH和ABTS自由基清除能力,并测定了其中的总酚和总黄酮成分含量。结果:苘麻叶总酚和总黄酮含量较高,其次为根和茎,且其抗氧化活性也表现除了相同的趋势。结论:苘麻提取物总酚含量和总黄酮含量均与抗氧化活性正相关,且与总酚含量相关性更强。

Objectives:To study the antioxidant activities of velvetleaf(Abutilon theophrasti Medicus)extracts and provide a theoretical basis for the natural source of velvetleaf as an effective component of antioxidants.Methods:The total antioxidant capacity,the DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging activities of extracts from different tissues in velvetleaf and the contents of total phenols and total flavones in extracts were investigated.Results:There are more active ingredients of total phenols and total flavones in velvetleaf leaves which have better antioxidant capacity,followed by in velvetleaf roots and in stems.Conclusions:The contents of total phenols and total flavones in velvetleaf extracts have positive correlation with antioxidant activities,and the correlation of total phenols is beyond.
