根痛平丸质量标准的研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Gentongping Pill

目的:建立根痛平丸质量控制标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中的白芍、葛根进行鉴别;采用HPLC法对根痛平丸中的芍药苷进行含量测定。结果:采用TLC法能够检出白芍、葛根且阴性无干扰。采用HPLC法芍药苷在0.1140～1.026μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率为99.34%,RSD为1.20%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法可靠、准确、操作性强,可作为根痛平丸的质量控制方法。

Objective:To establish the quality control standard of Gentongping Pill.Paeoniae radix alba and Puerariae lobatae radix were identified by TLC,the paeoniflorin content in Gentongping Pill was measured by HPLC.Result:the Paeoniae radix alba and Puerariae lobatae radix could be detected by TLC without any disturbing.The determined method has good linear relationship with the range from 0.1140μg to 1.026μg,and the r was 0.9997,the average recovery was 99.34% and RSD was 1.20%.Conclusion:The established methods are reliable,simple,accurate and special,which could be used as the quality control method of Gentongping Pill.
