钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏外用治疗寻常性银屑病临床对照研究

Clinical Control Study of Calcipotriol Betamethasone Ointment for The Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的:探究钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏外用对寻常性银屑病的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年6月至2018年6月期间收治的100例寻常性银屑病患者,随机分入对照组(50例)和研究组(50例)并分别为其外用卡泊三醇软膏与钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏。对比两组的临床疗效与不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率82.00%,高于对照组62.00%的治疗总有效率;研究组不良反应发生率4.00%,低于对照组16.00%的不良反应发生率,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏外用对寻常性银屑病比卡泊三醇软膏更加安全有效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of calpatriol betamethasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:100patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted from June2016to June2018were enrolled in the control group(50patients)and the study group(50patients).Triol ointment with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was82.00%,higher than62.00%of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was4.00%,lower than the control group(16.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calcipotriol betamethasone ointment is safer and more effective than calcipotriol ointment for psoriasis vulgaris.
